Paula Araiza has been a full-time real estate professional serving her clients throughout the South Shore for over 22 years. Paula is a former New Homes Sales Specialist at the Pinehills, Plymouth, MA after serving as Sales Manager with Thorndike Construction whereupon she continued to build upon her strong designing/sales background. Paula is a graduate of Duxbury High School and holds a BA in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of management at the University of Massachusetts.

What is your favorite thing about being a Real Estate Agent?
My favorite thing about being a realtor is being able to combine all of my talents and experiences together to help my sellers and buyers in their search for their next endeavor.
What do you enjoy doing outside of helping your clients buy or sell a home? What are some of your favorite hobby’s, activities, etc.?
I enjoy helping others through my volunteer work. I love decorating, gardening, travel and reading.
What do you love most about the South Shore/Plymouth County?
It is home! I love the access to the beaches, city life of Boston, Cape & the Islands. I love New England and enjoy the change of seasons.
Share with us a memorable moment in your Real Estate career?
I had a client five years ago with the desperate need to move to the midwest. She was all alone and disabled. It became obvious she would need help in all areas and I became “her person”, as she called me. Together, we made it happen and she successfully move on to the next chapter of her life.

If you could leave everyone with one piece of Real Estate advice, what would it be?
Start a journal on your home, recording all the. upgrades, improvements and maintenance you have done, so when you go to sell you are prepared. A well informed and educated buyer is a happy buyer and results in a great sale for the seller.
