AGENT SPOTLIGHT SERIES – JULIE MCCARTHY

Julie is a resident of Scituate where she lives with her husband and two children. In 2021, Julie made the decision to pursue real estate full time and join South Shore Sothebyโ€™s International Realty. Prior to jumping into real estate. Julie had an extensive 15 year project management career in various industries where she was able to refine her organization and negotiation skills. Julie truly loves real estate and being able to help her clients through every step of the process.

What is your favorite thing about being a Real Estate Agent?

I love the connections we make with our clients. Many of our clients truly become friends throughout the process. This is, many times, the biggest decision and
investment people make, so it’s very important to be cognizant of their feelings and emotions the whole time.

What do you enjoy doing outside of helping your clients buy or sell a home? What are some of your favorite hobbyโ€™s, activities, etc.?

I love spending time with my family and friends!

What do you love most about the South Shore/Plymouth County?

There is nothing better than living by the ocean!
