Cara Williams, a full-time Realtor at South Shore Sotheby’s International Realty, has deep roots in the South Shore community. Having grown up in Scituate she has a profound understanding of the local market dynamics and a genuine connection to the area. She is a member of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the South Shore Realtors Association. Cara is well equipped to provide exceptional service to her clients. In addition to real estate, she is also co-owner of Orta Trattoria, a popular Italian restaurant on the south shore. When she’s not busy with real estate or taste testing Italian food, Cara can be found cheering on her two sons at their hockey and lacrosse games, cherishing quality family time.

What is your favorite thing about being a Real Estate Agent?
I love making genuine connections with people.. By virtue of being a real estate agent, I have a network of clients, business partners, and friends. I love the opportunity to leverage this network to meet needs whenever they arise.
What do you enjoy doing outside of helping your clients buy or sell a home? What are some of your favorite hobbyโs, activities, etc.?
I have two very active boys, I love watching them play their sports and enjoy being present watching them grow up. I also love live music, pilates and asking my husband to cook me good food!
What do you love most about the South Shore/Plymouth County?
I was born and raised on the south shore in Scituate, after moving away and traveling the country I returned home with a new found appreciation of the lovely tight knit community the south shore has to offer. The beaches are top on my list.
Share with us a memorable moment in your Real Estate career?
Attending my first Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event in Las Vegas last year was very memorable, that is where I truly understood the power of our brand. Being a part of the Sotheby’s network is truly a privilege.

If you could leave everyone with one piece of Real Estate advice, what would it be?
Be patient and be persistent. It takes a while to become successful, donโt get discouraged and keep pressing forward. Ask others you admire in the business for advice.
