
Since starting real estate in 2020, Caroline OโShea has overseen more than $400M in transactions throughout Boston and the South Shore and has quickly established herself as a top-producing agent.
For Caroline, a move to South Shore Sothebyโs International Realty was a natural fit. Prior to real estate, Caroline was the Marketing Manager for the Contemporary Art and Photographs departments at Sotheby’s Auction House in New York City. In this role, Caroline was known for her innovative marketing campaigns and her ability to drive audience growth for each auction, both live and online. Through this role, Caroline built an extensive knowledge of the luxury market while maintaining the utmost integrity and confidentiality when representing her clients.
Caroline lives in Hingham with her husband, son, and gorgeous English Bulldog Olive. When she’s not exploring the market, she enjoys taking care of her historic (circa 1743!) home and playing tennis.

Why South Shore SIR and what does the Sothebyโs International Brand mean to you?
I chose to join the Sotheby’s brand and South Shore Sothebyโs International Realty for two key reasons. Firstly, as a resident of Hingham, it was important to me to be part of a real estate office deeply ingrained in the South Shore community, fostering local connections and relationships. Secondly, having previously served as a Marketing Manager for Sotheby’s Auction House in New York City, I felt a strong pull to return to my roots and align myself with an internationally recognized brand known for its prestige, excellence, and heritage of luxury. Joining Sotheby’s allows me to blend community involvement with my experience in luxury marketing.
What are you most looking forward to in 2024?
Iโm most looking forward to a revived market for buyers and sellers. With the recent drop in interest rates, buyers are feeling more empowered to take the next step, setting the stage for a busy (and exciting) 2024 market.
What do you enjoy doing outside of Real Estate?
As a bit of a history nerd and self-proclaimed aficionado of antique properties, I’m someone who loves exploring the stories behind old homes and historic sites throughout the northeast. In my spare time, I visit antique and historic properties that aren’t necessarily in โmy marketโ just to see them in case they fly off the market for another century!
